Please note that a consultation will be conducted first, and the medico-legal report will be issued at a later stage, following your consent.

  • GP Report For NDLS

    Price: €50

    The NDLS requires a medical report form to be submitted if you have certain medical conditions. This form must be completed by a registered GP, such as a 24DOC GP and signed by you in their presence. It is imperative to present this form to the NDLS within one month of being signed by the GP.
